Will my cookies be fresh?

Our cookies are baked to order and will leave our bakery within 24 hours, excluding Sundays.

  • Cookies are best eaten on the day of arrival
  • You can store cookies in an airtight container, where they will be fresh for up to a week
  • Your cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months, but be sure to allow them to fully defrost before munching!
How long will my cookies take to arrive?

During the checkout process you have the option to select 24 hour or 48 hour delivery. Both options come with a tracking option, which we recommend.

What are the delivery options?

Do you have a shop?

We have an Honesty Shed in the carpark at Beechtree Cottage BnB, Kirkmichael PH10 7NS. This is open 8am to 9pm where a selection of fresh cookies as well as croissants, scones, creams cakes and breads are usually available.  

Can I get a refund?

As our sweet treats are considered perishable, then refunds can not be given.

If you place the order in error then please CONTACT US and so long as it has not been dispatched then we can offer you a refund.

What are the payment options?

We use the secure Stripe payment processor.

Stripe supports a wide variety of credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

Who is the Kilted Baker?

Paul Bradford qualified from Telford Collage as a baker in 1998, and baking and making cakes has ben his passion ever since.

Paul has made cakes for the late Queen, King Charles and Prince Albert of Monaco. He also runs CakeFlix, the world's biggest dedicated online cake decorating learning resource. Paul was awarded the covetted Disciples d'Escoffier award for his teaching skills and sharing of his craft.

He started the Kilted Baker in 2024 to share his sweet treats with locals via an honesty box.


His partner David runs the business and admin side of things. The team has been in business together in thecake industry for over 24 years.
